That’s it, that’s what it’s all about.

Love God, Love Others, Serve The World, is so much more than a slogan for LCC. We are seeking to make this phrase our way of life. Why are we seeking? Well, none of us claims to have achieved this, and even if we do, well then we have an arrogance issue to deal with.

Here’s how it happens:
Love God – This happens best through a weekly encounter with God in a corporate worship environment.
Love Others – This happens best through a weekly and sustained encounter with other people in an informal LifeGroup setting.
Serve The World – This happens best through church-wide service projects and individuals making themselves available to God on a daily basis.

We cannot find anything in scripture more important than these three things. I mean, when Jesus was asked what the greatest commandment was he replied

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.”

Now, can you see why it is more than just a slogan. Our desire is to Love God, Love Others and Serve this world, but not because we want people to attend LCC, we want to do this because of the love that Jesus has already shown to us. NO strings attached. No water bottles with our website. Nothing. We want people to see Jesus through our love and service.

Plain and simple.

We freely admit our need for Jesus, and ask that you come to LCC ready to give Him a chance to love you and care for you in ways that will blow your mind.
